we will need a better way to do this, but also have nice wrapping/unwrapping in the nodejs wrapper

Started working on the changes to build once libQuic is merged
This seems to build locally when pointing to my
libQuicbranch but will leave this as a draft PR until after session-foundation/libsession-util#6 has been merged
