In the initial
Spanpull request (#76406,) the underscored initializers returned "immortal" instances due to a gap in the new parser. Now that the parser is fixed (swiftlang/swift-syntax#2894,) this annotates the initializers with the correct lifetime.Addresses rdar://139668469
