Use structlog for logging #111
Description
We have been using structlog in Trusty and I find it easy to use. It already comes with support to easily have JSON logging. Which comes in handy when e.g. formatting exceptions in JSON. It's not crucial, just a nice-to-have. I'm filing so that we don't forget to consider it.
