@RequestMapping doesn't honor params attribute [SPR-4126]

After switch from RC1 to RC2 multiform controller is not working, since AnnotationMethodHandlerAdapter.HandlerMethodResolver is not checkin the params value. See the following source:

I cannot reproduce this against Spring 2.5 final (latest snapshot), and I see no actual indication that this didn't work in RC2...

Note that params are only supported at the method level. Specified params won't be accepted at the type level.
