Unable to build the bundle for Ubuntu #289

I'm using the latest stable Ubuntu

Linux username 5.4.0-39-generic #43-Ubuntu SMP Fri Jun 19 10:28:31 UTC 2020 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

The installation of gem passes ok. But when I run sudo bundler install, it can't build it, printing the following:
