Integrate inverter.pvwatts_multi into PVSystem and ModelChain

#1106 added a PVWatts variation that supports multiple DC power inputs. After #1076 is merged we should add this function as an option for the AC power model in ModelChain. Requires adding it to PVSystem and plumbing it in to ModelChain.
