s2i is using docker and not podman

Is there a way to get s2i to use podman instead of docker?

@bryonbaker you probably figured it out by now, but you have to run podman service and set DOCKER_HOST.

Nice to see there is a work-around with Podman Socket. I'd be happy to accept a PR that has s2i check for the podman socket directly, and use that if present.
