Kind Dev Environment - Initial Components & Env #11
Description
The purpose of this task is to create an initial base for development environments by providing deployments for various components needed for a very basic development environment:
- VLLM Simulator
- Gateway API Implementation
- Attachment of EPP to
Gateway
And an initial kind environment for basic testing with the simulator.
This will provide some of the groundwork for the more comprehensive development environments in #3.
