Create example how to use kube2iam with tarmak #290
Description
I have started to do this here: https://github.com/jetstack/tarmak/compare/master...simonswine:kube2iam-example?expand=1
I would like to have that in a separate section in the documentation (not in the user guide). Maybe we create an examples section in the docs (On the same level as user guide)
