The performance of Organization and OrganizationAffiliation resource updates currently scales badly with the number of resources controlled by "read access" meta tag extensions (all resources except Task and QuestionnaireResponse). Initial analysis has shown, that the AFTER INSERT ON organizations and AFTER INSERT ON organization_affiliations trigger can be optimized.
