No top level feature enabling `bevy_reflect/documentation`

Problem

As far as I could tell there is no way to enable this via top level features, and there's nothing mentioning the feature in the rust docs:`https://docs.rs/bevy/latest/bevy/#optional-features

Also ran into this, I had to explicitly include bevy_reflect in my Cargo.toml to get this flag enabled.
