Implement Beam deletion functionalities #198
Description
Shouldn't we also give the ability to "delete" beams? Does the API exist on the gRPC layer? If so, please add it. And we will have to add support to ``is_alive``, like it is done for ``Component`` and ``Body``.

This is not available yet on the server side, once implemented we should be able to do it.
