Rector no longer supports conversion from PhpExcel (issue #3953). Documentation is updated to suggest using a non-current release of Rector for conversion.

This is:

  • a bugfix
  • a new feature
  • refactoring
  • additional unit tests
  • documentation change

Checklist:
