I follow this instructions

but error like this

i've make issue in rector but, they reply like this
"need to request to phpspreadsheet repo to let the author/maintainer take over/fork it"

Can you try the following composer command instead of the documented one and let me know if it works?

composer require rector/rector:0.15.10 rector/rector-phpoffice phpoffice/phpspreadsheet --dev

it works, but some codes arent changing. so i do manually.
