Fix cmake FindDpctl.cmake

Update environment names for dpctl find cmake file. Issue most likely was introduced in #1389 but was reveled only now under certain circumstances: I was trying to build numba-dpex in vscode. I've tested locally that both scikit build and direct cmake build are working.
