  • Switch from python 3.9 to >3.11
  • Update README
  • Added load function for coessentiality

related to #45

  • Made Manager the parent class and include subclasses
  • Fixed imports and installations
  • Add functional candi-install and candi-uninstall scripts to CLI

close #41

  • Removed R scripts for DESeq2 analysis
  • Add pipeline folder, started with diffexp module

close #39

@Yogiski Hi Chris, I made some changes and it should also fix the import issue we discussed here #41. If you have time, please let me know what you think before I merge the PR. Thanks a lot!
