Description
- Upload current coessentiality data from https://github.com/kundajelab/coessentiality into CanDI dataverse
- Draft load scripts to load coessentiality data
- Use CanDI data handler and define specified python class
- Include coessentiality calculation scripts based on kundajelab/coessentiality & broadinstitute/coessentiality
