autocomplete: Give preference to subscribed users first in @-mention autocomplete

This is a follow-up to #228.

After #608 is merged, we will have an @-mention autocomplete showing relevant results in the following order of priority:

- Recent conversation users
- Recent DM users
- Alphabetical order

It should be extended to give first or second priority to **_subscribed users_** in a conversation.
