Open Zulip links in Desktop app (cross-org)

Problem Description

When I click on a thread link that's hosted on another organization, the Zulip app takes me to my browser and makes me access the web app there. Is it possible to get URLs that, when clicked, will make my Zulip app switch to the other organization smoothly?

Proposed Solution

Change the Desktop app's link handling logic to open the link in-app if the user has the organization in their Desktop app.
