Need to get shared resource owner information #80
Description
In latest account system, we can use share resource to share resource to other accounts. The other accounts could read the resource and be not able to change the resource. If the resource has something wrong, the account (using the shared resource) would like to find out the resource's owner and notify him. So we need to have a new API to query resource's owner.
