this improves openbsd support to where:
Dskip-stage2-tests -Dskip-non-nativepassescaveat, for llvm12 on openbsd some prerequisite patches are required:
and initial dragonfly linking now works with this PR. The usual missing
std.osbits are ready as a followup-patch not yet submitted, that when applied passes azig build test.
