This PR is a dupe of #7851. I prefer the other PR’s changes, since they include both the Yarn v1 contributing URL added here and the Yarn v2 contributing URL https://yarnpkg.com/advanced/contributing/. However, that PR failed some tests for some reason and hasn’t been refreshed to fix that yet. |

The url for the contributing docs seems broken, I was able to find an alternative one, which I used here.
