Missing documentation for Scout in versions 11 and 12

Documentation for scout is missing in versions 11 and 12.

In version 10 there is, but then it is omitted in future versions.

Scout is now supported in the main package but unfortunately not documented T_T... Please see PR #3082 for reference. Thanks!
