Offload to RAM instead of VRAM

As stated in : #74

I think it would be great to allow offloading cache on RAM instead of VRAM.

• Since TeaCache increases the VRAM requirements, it can make existing and working workflow to crash.
• While VRAM is very limited, you often have plenty of RAM to spare

Thanks for your suggestion, I have added a cache_device option in the latest 1.7.0 version. Now one can choose to offload cache on VRAM or RAM:
