Make the Java Wechaty Getting Started repository works

For better supporting the developing of Java Wechaty project wechaty/wechaty#1927, we are planning to build an easy to start and work out-of-the-box repository for developers who want to use Java Wechaty.

The Goal

By cloning the https://github.com/wechaty/java-wechaty-getting-started, a developer can get the ding-dong-bot.java running by the following two commands under Ubuntu Linux:

make install
make bot

The Team

@wechaty/java has the maintain-ship of this project.
