Small subset of core feature, so leaving baseline as-is seems fine to me.

This adds using
directionto change slider direction.Firefox and Safari only have partial support per mdn/content#32142 (comment). I checked and that still is the case. I chose to
compute_from: writing-mode.vertical_oriented_form_controlsbut alternatively we could move the feature tobaseline: false.
