• New plugin option api - modifyHTML - used for modify html before it's sent to browser or generated.
• Depth of extracted headers. (Issue: Add Ability to specify how deep page headers should go #984, Support of "sidebarDepth: 3" #1715, MR: Allowing config option to set which headers to extract #1111)
