Unable to simulate click in `$nextTick`

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on add in the demo,
2. Comment out $nextTick part and uncomment the setTimeout part, try again.

What is expected?

Native input modal is supposed to be triggered in $nextTick.

What is actually happening?

Modal not triggered in $nextTick but triggered by setTimeout.
