Chrome + Vue 2 = Multiple Select 1st item unwantedly selected when displayed

Wasted very much time to investigate this problem, made new fresh installs etc. and result is that:

1. Safari + Vue 2 = no problem
2. Chrome + Vue 1 = no problem
3. Chrome + Vue 2 = Multiple Select 1st item selected when displayed, but element do not show "selected" tag but Chrome debugger shows that "selected: true".

Any ideas please?

If you remove body ID or Vue initialization, then select works like it should.
Problem exists on Chrome (PC and MAC).

I included "autofocus" text input as well --- in Fiddle you don't see what I mean, but if you take this test.html and load it locally in your Chrome, then you see that input gets focus while app.js is loading and when its loaded, then it losts focus.

Same behaviour on firefox. On safari it works well.
