Think through IA for Migration Section sidebar

Right now there is no real ordering to the sections and it could use some love and care.

Originally there was a plan to categorize them by type of change, but this would be very long and a little confusing since some sections contain multiple types of changes.

I'm thinking for the beta release, we just order if alphabetically. What do people think?
