Increase min version for dependency apt to v9.2.0 #459
Description
With pull request #432 configuration for apt key was switched from id to name.
Passing the name option for key in the apt module was introduced with pull request puppetlabs/puppetlabs-apt#1128 into apt module and released in version 9.2.0.
As a result, the version for the dependency puppetlabs/apt must be increased to >= 9.2.0.
