Properties next to $ref must be ignored #426
Description
In newer drafts <= 7, the spec has been clarified to exclude properties next to $ref. At draft 4, json-schema yields inconsistent results to other validators.
With draft 8, properties next to $ref are allowed and behave like json-schema (as far as I can tell).
