[Base installation] The system allows you to type your primary username with uppercase, but doesn't create it #256

So, i was installing the base system on Oracle VM, and i got to the part of choosing your primary login name. The username needs to be with the first letter in lowercase, but i didn't notice it, so i create my user 'Operaho' with uppercase.

My problem was after that, because i was able to continue the installation normally, but when i got to login into the system, it showed the message of incorrect login. I thought it could be a issue with my keyboard layout, so i tried again and again with other easier passwords, but it wasn't working.

So i entered the Libera chat to talk about it, and we figure out that the system was not creating my user, because of the uppercase. I created one more time, 'operaho', and it worked.

I think that it will be very nice to have a message displaying on the primary username login, and some advice on the Docs
