• added typescript and removed babel for compilation
• replaced scss with css to lower the amount of dev dependencies
• build a cjs module and a browser module
• simplified the flow and logic of the main application
• added newer standards such as es6 and fetch
• updated tests
• Added settings for youtube thumbnail
