The CI failure is due to XCTest.measure() being unpredictable on Android. I've had to work around this in some other repositories as well … I'll make a fix shortly. |

This fix makes the one tweak needed to build on Android, as well as adding CI for Android (using swift-android-action) to ensure that it continues to work.
