seems like our docs were no longer updating on publish events. We may need to update
create-new-release.ymlto use Personal Access Tokens${{ secrets.RELEASE_PAT }}instead of${{ secrets.GITHUB_TOKEN }}for the "Create Release" step. Haven't looked into it. But this should be okay for now since there's been a number of changes put in since our public docs have been updated.
