Milestone List for User/Org #258

Story
As a user managing multiple projects it would be nice to see a single page that lists all my milestones so that I can compare and contrast objectives and completions dates across multiple projects.
Notes
What I'm looking for is something like the milestone list that you get on a repo, but for all the repos that an organization or user owns. So a URL like https://git.door43.org/Door43/milestones would list all the milestones across the Door43 organization's repos.
Possibly this could be implemented like the active user's issues/prs links, a sister to https://git.door43.org/issues and https://git.door43.org/pulls .
