Partial restore exception: string "<mediaPath>" is not a valid udi. #301

Bug summary
When using partial restore and check the "Include all items below", we get an exception:
"System.FormatException with message: String "umb://media-file/uploadfiles/10_2024/%D7%A7%D7%95%D7%9C%20%D7%A7%D7%95%D7%A8%D7%90%20GCP%20-%20%D7%9C%D7%A9%D7%A0%D7%AA%202025.pdf" is not a valid udi."

- Content item + related media's uda are attached
Steps to reproduce
Right-click on a specific item (not all the items reproduce this error!) -> Partial restore -> check "Include all items below" -> click "Restore"
