Populate name for content and media on URL picker if title is left empty

Description

The linked issue highlights some discrepancies with how the link picker works in 16 compared to 13. Although the title field is optional - i.e. whilst it's pre-populated on selecting content or media, you can remove it and leave it blank - with 16 the blank title comes through to the front-end when rendering. In 13 it would be populated with the content or media name if it was empty.

Also in the backoffice, the name isn't displayed if the title is empty. Again in 13, the name of the content or media name would be shown (aligning with what would render on the front-end.

This PR addresses both of those issues.

In testing I also noted and fixed the display of the manually entered URLs in the backoffice link listing.

Testing

• With a Multi URL picker, add links for content and media, and delete the pre-populated title before saving.
• Note that when rendering in the backoffice, the name of the content or media item will be shown where the title would normally be.
• Note that when rendering on the front-end, the Name of the Link object is populated by the name of the content or media item.
• Verify that manually entered URLs display the URL in the backoffice list of links.

Tested out, the logic works as described. 🚀

I made additional tweaks to the render logic, so that if the resolved name is empty, then it will show the URL (and not repeat it), and to include the resolved name in the removal confirmation modal headline.

Hmmmm on testing in 16.2 this does not work exactly as I was expecting

I was not expecting the title field to be populated unless explicitly set, the same for the returned object.

If the title field is not explicitly set it should remain empty and get the name from the document / media result
