v15rc: Can't allow segmentation on individual properties

After checking "Allow segmentation" on a document type you should be able to allow segmentation on individual properties.

1. Create a doctype
2. Add some properties
3. Click the Settings tab
4. Check "Allow segmentation"
5. Navigate back to the "Design"
6. Click to edit a property

Expected result / actual result

Expected result: I should see a checkbox to "Allow segmentation" under the "Allow variants" heading
Actual result: The "Allow variants" heading appears with nothing beneath it.

Note - if I save the page and refresh/navigate away & back, it still doesn't appear

I can confirm this is an issue we will look at. Segmentation has not been completely implemented in the new Backoffice yet, but we expect to see some activity in this area very soon.
