Split bar Dragging Issue some not responding to the Pan-gesture

I have used SplitView in my app added two UIViewController as SplitSubview both ViewController contains scrollview so sometime not responding to the pan gesture touch in order to drag it smoothly.

I no longer use this project. So please submit a CR if you find the fix!
