[TRI-1928] The new CLI tunnel (Yalt) loses connection after 5 mins of inactivity #895

for me I'm loosing the local connection quite frequently. If I leave the computer for 5 mins doing nothing I need to restart
npx @trigger.dev/cli@latest dev. This can be just 5 minutes. With Ngrok I could leave the connection up for days and it kept syncing. Usually it stalls when it tries to sync code changes again to Trigger.dev and i get the "spinning wheel" before the green tick in the terminal
