[TRI-1356] feat: Create a helm chart to improve self-hosting on Kubernetes #544

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We currently supply a Docker image for self-hosters to use (see our fly.io self-hosting docs). We'd like to also support self-hosters who use kubernetes to be able to easy to deploy Trigger.dev.
Describe the solution you'd like to see
We need a helm-charts directory at the root of the monorepo that includes all the helm chart artifacts. See how Infisical does it for reference:

The documentation for using this should also be included in the PR, something like the infisical docs.
