Keep nodes expanded by default (remember expansion state)

Nodes should only be collapsed when the user decides to collapse them. It starts to feel onerous to have to expand nodes within your working document, they are more useful open. I'm not sure about the sidebar behavior yet; for this issue I am referring to the main content only.

@progrium - i don't think this is working, unless i'm missing something? i was working on a new node yesterday and when i went back to it today all of my child nodes are collapsed.

@taramk keep in mind collapse state works like this:

• its specific to a particular root node. ie, when you open a fresh panel for one node that state is different than if you open a fresh panel for another node.
• opening a new secondary panel will reset this state.

This is how Tana works so it's what I implemented here. Please revisit this issue since its old and things have changed but afaik this system is working.
