Hi,
Here are my suggestions for your consideration. I did not see a contributor guideline, so please feel free to direct me there or give feedback. Using these steps and some other python specific steps I have successfully retrained both inceptionV3 and Squeezenet models and got them working in desktop and mobile web browsers.
