PG 18

So PG18 was released some days ago and they've added again a ton of nice features. And there are also some for developers that would fit great with Laravel:

• virtual generated columns
• OLD and NEW support for RETURNING (this should already work with the current implemenation but I must test it)
• non-overlapping PRIMARY KEY, UNIQUE KEY and FOREIGN KEY values
• NOT ENFORCED foreign keys
• native UUIDv7 function

There are obviously more features, but these are the ones I would like to support.
