Release a new version

The current release, v1.1.0, is two years old at this point, and depends on an old version of @typescript-eslint/typescript-estree, which doesn't support typescript 4.7.0+.

For context, I'd like to upgrade a project to typescript to 4.8+, which is required by recent lodash versions, which is required by storybook.
