[Web Firefox][Performance]Provide a meaningful reset password message while preserving performance

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://connect.topcoder.com/
2. Click on login then tay on login tab
3. Click on forgot your password
4. do some test enter a couple of valid emails whether existing (on topcoder database) or not

Actual Result
Every attent return a success message <We've just sent you an email to reset your password.>
This message could be misleading

Expected Result
For performance reason, it is ok if you dont want to check agaist topcoder database to validate.
But provide a message that state <If your email is found in our database you'll receive an email>

This is not fixed properly, for invalid emails the message showing here "We've just sent you an email to reset your password." please see attached video and screenshot
