Reproduction steps:

1. Open the test URL and log in
2. Click on the drop down user menu at the top right corner
3. Click anywhere on the screen to try and close it

Expected result:
The user is able to close the drop down user menu by clicking anywhere on the screen

Actual result:
The user is not able to close the drop down user menu by clicking anywhere on the screen in IE11 unlike other browsers; the user only has an option to click on their handle in the header to close the drop down user menu
