Clear filter does not clear filters in other buckets when being clicked after switching on recommended challenges toggle

1. Go to Challenge listings page, open for registration bucket
2. Switch on recommended challenges toggle
3. Add any other filter, example switch off development track
4. Note down my challenges count
5. Now click on clear filter
6. Note down My challenges count
7. go to any other bucket like my challenges / all challenges/ All Past Challenges/ My Past challenges bucket

expected: my challenge count must be reset to what it was before applying the filters. my challenges / all challenges/ All Past Challenges/My Past challengesmust not be filtered

actual: my challenge count is not reset to what it was before applying the filters. my challenges / all challenges/ All Past Challenges/My Past challenges are still filtered

Additionally, after clicking on clear filter, the clear filter button must be disabled.
